Can I meet the sitter?
Yes! One of our requirements is to meet you and your animals(s) first to make sure we're a good fit for each other. At this visit, we can get to know each other, answer questions, and tour your home while discussing details regarding your animal(s). This required meeting will be scheduled at least 1 week prior to service. There is no obligation to use our services after this visit.
For dog boarding, we require you to visit our location with your dog prior to booking.

Do you take care of hamsters, fish, or other household pets?
Yes, we take care of hamsters, guinea pigs and more! Call for more info.
How many dogs can you walk?
Typically two at a time. However, talk with us for any special circumstances.
Do you provide sitting/boarding for all dog breeds?
We decide on a case by case basis. This is why we like to do a meet & greet to make sure we're a good fit for each other. In general, we do not take on jobs with breeds known to potentially be aggressive. We reserve the right to decline a job if we see fit.
Will my pet(s) see the same sitter(s) every time?
Yes! We are a family team. It's possible it will be one or all of us together, depending on our schedule.
Will my house key be safe with you?
If you provide us access to your home via key, we're happy to return the key after your trip. Otherwise, we can keep your key in a locked safe so we're all set for the next time you need us to come. We will never share your address, security codes or any other information with anyone, ever. We hold ourselves to the highest standards and value the trust you place in us.
Do you milk cows and goats?
No, at this time we do not provide milking service. We offer feeding, watering, stall cleaning, etc.
Do you offer overnight/house sitting services?
No, at this time we do not offer overnight services at client locations. We do offer dog boarding at our location and can still also care for the farm animals at your location while you're away.
